Quick HIIT: 30 minute cardio class packed with body-weight moves to burn tons of calories. All fitness levels welcome,
Tabata : Working off a 4 minute timer, tabata is intervals of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest, for a total of 8 sets per 4 minutes. During that time we alternate between 2 different exercises generally a strength move and a cardio move. We incorporate weights, resistance bands, mini bands and body weight in this total body conditioning class. 45 min class is 9 rounds and 60 min is 10 rounds. This is a very fun, fast paced class. All fitness levels welcome.
Taboxing: 45 minutes Working off the same tabata timer as above but using punches and kicks makes this total body class fly by! All fitness levels welcome.
Circuits: 45 minute circuit class. Work around the room using all the equipment in a circuit style format. TRX, boxing, BOSU's, equalizers, medicine balls, weights and more. Each class is different to keep you coming back again and again! All fitness levels welcome.
Arms & Abs: 45 minute class. You will be working your arms and your abs. All fitness levels welcome.
Total Body Sculpt: 45 minute class. This is a low impact weight lifting class that focuses on your entire body without using weights. All fitness levels welcome.
Total Body Band: 45 minute class. Total body workout using resistant and/or mini-bands. This is a low impact class but excellent full body workout. All fitness levels welcome.
Hiit & Abs: 45 minute class. This class is a mix of cardio and abs and is a calorie scorcher.

Boot Camp in the Park with Erica: This class meets at Stubbs Park on Spring Valley in the amphitheater. We do these park boot camps during the spring, summer and fall. We will combine traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Intermediate to advanced. Please bring your own mat or towel. All fitness levels welcome.
