Ass Class with Erica or Lauren: 45 minute lower body, low impact class. Focus on the glutes and hamstrings. Fun class that uses weights, cardio, yoga/Pilates, and bands
Quick HIIT with Erica or Lauren: 30 minute cardio class
Kickboxing with Erica: Cardio kickboxing with a partner. Using gloves and pads for a fast paced fun cardio workout
Turbo Tabata with Erica or Lauren: Working off a 4:00 timer, tabata is intervals of 20 work and 10 seconds rest, for a total of 8 sets per 4:00. During that time we alternate between 2 different exercises generally a strength move and a cardio move. We incorporate weights, resistance bands, mini bands and body weight in this total body conditioning class. 45 min class is 9 rounds and 60 min is 10 rounds. This is a very fun, fast paced class. Taboxing with Erica: 35 minutes Working off the same tabata timer as above but using punches and kicks makes this class fly by
Saturday Tabata Circuits with Erica: 45 minute circuit class. Work around the room using all the equipment. TRX, boxing, BOSU's, equalizers, medicine balls, weights and more. Each class is different
Boot Camp in the Park with Erica: This class meets at Stubbs Park on Spring Valley just West of the gym in the amphitheater. We will combine traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Intermediate to advanced. Please bring your own mat or towel.
Boot Camp with Amy: A total body workout that will focus on upper body, cardio, lower body and abs. Great for all fitness levels and modifications are always shown. 60 minute class.
Taboxing with Amy: Nine 4 minute rounds, making you work for 20 seconds, and resting for 10. Kickboxing style moves with mixed martial arts elements. A QUICK class but a great calorie burner!
Boot Camp Circuits: 3 Stations with 4 exercises each focusing in on lower body, upper body, cardio and core! 45 second intervals with 10 second rests, working for over 11 minutes at each station! And watch out for those CARDIO BURSTS!
