Circuits

Set up as station exercises, this class will have you moving and sweating through out our studio! Stations will incorporate cardio, weights, toning, and more. Each exercise can be modified and perfect for anyone who wants a challenge.

POUND®

POUND® is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums! Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. POUND® is for any age at any stage. Perfect for beginners and can be challenging for the most seasoned exerciser.

Sunday Sweat

On Sundays We SWEAT! This full body blast class will incorporate cardio, weights, and more. 60 minute class guaranteed to burn those calories and hit every section of the body!

Taboxing

Taboxing is an all over body toning and cardio class. This 45 minute calorie scorching and fast paced class is set up to a Tabata-style timer. Incorporating moves from kicking, punching, and boxing style combos.

Tabata

Working off a 4 minute timer, tabata is intervals of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest, for a total of 8 sets per 4 minutes. During that time we alternate between 2 different exercises generally a strength move and a cardio move. We incorporate weights, resistance bands, mini bands and body weight in this total body conditioning class. 45 min class is 9 rounds and 60 min is 10 rounds.

Str8 Strength

This 45 minute class is all about the toning and strength. Using various exercises and weights, this class will focus on an all over body sculpt. Exercises are challenging enough for advance, but also have modifications. Perfect for any fitness level.

Booty-Camp

45 minute lower body, low impact class. All moves are based on getting that peach perfect!

Absolute Endurance

This 45 minute class will focus on strength and endurance. Get your heart pumping and muscles ready to work.

Barre

Barre is an all over body workout designed to leave you feeling toned and lean. During this 45 minute class you will tone and tighten your way through various exercises. Focusing on arms, abs, and lower body. Located in our training room, class incorporates the barre, floor work, bands, and light weights. No experience necessary.

Total Body Sculpt

This low impact weight lifting class that focuses on your entire body without using weights.  All fitness levels welcome.
